Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.109 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open chrome 2. it tries to open but then doesnt 3. go to task manager end 1 of the 2 processes then chrome launches What is the expected behavior? fro chrome to open when i click on it. What went wrong? when ever i go to open chrome it doesn't open. If i then go in task manager and end 1 of the processes so chrome.exe (some times one with the highest memory use) chrome then opens. Some times doing this has no effect and chrome will just not open. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.109 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: latest I'm a technical consultant so know my way around a computer. I have tried various fixes. uninstall/reinstall, uninstall, remove from registry (in regedit) then reinstall. I have even tried installing the canary version but still get the same problem. I've also turned off firewall and anti virus - which id expect to be the normal culprit.. but still get the issue. Any ides? :)

Unable to reproduce the issue using #59.0.3071.109 on Win 7 as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. Able to open the Chrome. Could you please upgrade your chrome to the latest version and once check if you still face the issue? Thanks!!
