Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (32-bit) Sections in New Google News not opening properly in New tab Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Google News by going to Google homepage 2. Click on Google Apps icon on top right 3. Select News 4. Google News (New Look) page will be displayed with Top Stories on the top and different sections on the left side and Blog link on the right side. 5. Scroll down and go to a section - Say Business 6. Hover over to Business link - Mouse pointer is changed to Hand symbol 7. Right click on the link - Different options for Open link will get displayed 8. Click on "Open link in new tab" option Expected: Business section should get displayed (unlike old Google news navigation) Actual: Same Google News page is getting displayed (a new behavior in new Google news navigation)

Unable to reproduce the issue using #59.0.3071.115 on Mac 10.12.5 as per the steps mentioned in original comment. Able to navigate to Business section on clicking on open link in new tab. @Reproter: Could you please find the attached screen cast and let us know on which OS you're facing problem? Thanks!!

Issue happened when reported. Now, the sections open properly. Can close the issue.
