Links out of Facebook webapk don't load

1. Install Facebook webapk.
2. Click any link from the feed which takes you to an external page.
3. CCT opens with url: https://lm.facebook.com and hangs forever

A workaround is to long-press and choose "Open in Chrome".

I suspect this has to do with the "load out of scope in CCT" changes as it used to work. :/
