The last several times I uploaded a new version of a CL, the existing CL got marked as "Work in progress" for some reason. I saw other people complaining about this on IRC as well.

Especially since there is no obvious UI to unmark it as WIP (and the commit queue will complain when you try to commit a patch that is WIP) this is kind of annoying...
