[Findit] ProcessSwarmingTasksResultPipeline took long time to finish

I've checked the builds, and it turned out ProcessSwarmingTasksResultPipeline took nearly one day to complete. But the swarming tasks have completed about 1 day ago.

I checked some analyses from today (6/28), everything seems normal.
