Box symbols was showed when input 0E33 after symbol

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect the device with Flip keyboard EJ-FT820 (without keyboard also found this issue)
2. Go to Email > Composs new emal > Change keyboard to Thai language > Input symbol in Thai keyboard + 0E33 (ex:- Press 2 Key + E key on keyboard) > Observe the result 

What is the expected output?
Should be display Thai text properly


What do you see instead?
Box symbols was showed when input 0E33 after symbol
