NEEDS_BISECT Hit NOTREACHED() in AdjustSelectionToAvoidCrossingEditingBoundaries

Build Chrome Android from TOT

- Open amazon.com
- click sign in
- clear text in username field if there is any.
- long press username field.

Renderer crashed for [FATAL:VisibleSelection.cpp(558)] Check failed: false.

Could you bisect this? Is it reproduceable on stable debug build?

We are not able to repro this issue on Chrome:59.0.3071.125,60.0.3112.58 and 61.0.3150.0 Device:Samsung Galaxy J7/MMB29K and Pixel XL/7.1.2

Did you have DCHECK enabled?
