Issue description

(1)Some pages do not load some elements of the page in particular youtube with the menu

Thank you for the report. Could you please provide the Chrome version, OS version and URLs/Websites in which you are observing the issue that would help in checking the issue from our end. Note: Unable to reproduce on Win10, Mac OS x 10.12.4, Ubuntu 14.04 using Chrome Stable 59.0.3071.115,61.0.3143.0 - checked youtube.com, wikipedia.org,cnn.com,apple.com
