Add EG tests for the Keyboard Accessory View

Issue description

We should at least test that the shortcut buttons (such as the ".com" button) work.

[iOS] Add EG tests for the Keyboard Accessory View.

This CL adds a test that uses the Keyboard Accessory View (KAV) buttons to type in
the omnibox, and makes it so that the QR Code Scanner tests use the QR Code
Scanner button from KAV.
