Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: JSFiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/7bdv3m05/4/ The button is overlapping the h3 Toggling the padding in inspect element fixes the issue What is the expected behavior? The h3 has the right size and the button is not overlapping What went wrong? The h3 is smaller than it should be causing overlapping. Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: A user on ChromeOS reported it looked fine.

Able to reprodcue the issue uisng #59.0.3071.115 on Win 10 , Mac 10.12.5 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. This issue seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M45. Hence Untriaged so that it get's addressed. Please find the screenshot. Note: 1. Above test case is not working as expected in M30 and < M45 Chrome Builds 2. Removing Bisect label as this is a Non-Regression issue 3. Issue is seen in M61 as well. Thanks!!
