Issue descriptionVersion: 60.0.3112.50 1b8bb7c2c2f4bd3a42ec5a63db827ad9930f2536-refs/branch-heads/3112@{#485} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3) Pre condition : Enable Material Design bookmarks flag from chrome://Flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://bookmarks 2. Now select the placeholder text in chrome://bookmarks page and try to drag it to search field,observe Actual: Unable to drag the selected placeholder text. Expected: Should be able to drag the selected placeholder text. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 59’ and will soon update other info : Good build:59.0.3068.1 Bad build: 59.0.3069.0
