Chrome 60 block camera and microphone access in flash using HTTP page

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.40 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Running any flash plugin in HTTP protocol web page
2. Right click on the plugin area, select settings
3. Select microphone panel, there are blank names in the list
4. Select camera panel, there are blank names in the list
5. refresh page, the bug still exists

What is the expected behavior?
1. Running any flash plugin in HTTP web page
2. Right click on the plugin area, select settings
3. Select microphone panel, there are audio device names in the list
4. Select camera panel, there are video device names in the list

What went wrong?
It seems that chrome block camera and microphone accessing in flash, but there is no notice. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.40  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.5 using chrome reported version #60.0.3112.40 and latest canary #61.0.3144.0.

This is working as expected - it was a deliberate decision to deprecate these features on insecure origins.
