Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.29.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.41 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://baybridgeinfo.org/tolling-information Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. On a HP 13 Chromebook, zoom the whole system one level in, so it it says 1280x720. 2. Load http://baybridgeinfo.org/tolling-information 3. Scroll the page down toward the bottom and scroll it up and down slowly. 4. Notice the horizontal lines flicker. What is the expected behavior? Should not flicker lines. What went wrong? Horizontal line is not part of the website, and doesn't appear when the system resolution is the default, but only when the resolution is set to 1280x720. The lines appear and disappear when scrolling up and down. The effect is always reproducible. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 60.0.3112.41 Channel: beta OS Version: 9592.29.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

We'll need a HP13 to reproduce. To triage further some things that would help are: - Turn on compositor layer borders in inspector, take a screenshot. See how the line relates to tile boundaries. - Take a trace of the line appearing with cc.debug.picture enabled, which will show what blink is painting. vmiura do you know where to find an HP13 chromebook to try reproduce? or esprehn@ are you still able to reproduce and get these?
