Can't repro on Mac, Windows, or Linux. Seems to be a ChromeOS specific problem. Over to OS team for further triage.

Hmm, I wonder if something's broken on the prefs side...

Hello, Is there any fix or workaround for this? Overall I find the chromebook excellent. Except for the font size issue. It is an accessibility issue for me (I cannot see small fonts clearly)

Dave, I think that you implemented this settings page, right? Can you describe the expected behavior here?

I have the same issue on the Pixelbook: https://crbug.com/850242 It seems the minimum font size is being applied at half the specified size. To workaround, install and open the advanced font settings extension, inspect the page with devtools, go to the console tab, and run this code: chrome.fontSettings.setMinimumFontSize({ pixelSize: 14 * 2 }) // change 14 to desired size

#5, it's been awhile, but iirc, it should behave as seen on the other OSs, as #2 seems to suggest. I just tested this on a ChromeOS on Linux build with crbug.com and ycombinator.com and the minimum font size is correct. Maybe there's something else involved here?
