Issue descriptionApp Version: 61.0.3142.0 canary iOS Version: iOS 11 beta 2 Device : iPhone 7+ Steps to reproduce: 1. Force quit the app and launch chrome in landscape mode. 2. Tap on omnibox 3. Tap on Cancel in the omnibox 3. Tap on Menu > Tap on New incognito. 4. Tap on Omnibox Observed results: GLIF bar above the keyboard are different in ntp and incognito tab. Can't repro with iPhone 6 on iOS 10. I don't have any other devices with me, so I can't do any other tests. pmadalla, can you repro on iOS 10? can you repro with an iPhone 7 (not iPhone 7+)? thanks in advance!

Unable to repro the issue in iPhone7 on iOS10. Tested on the build 61.0.3142.0 canary. The new GLIF UI has changed from the build version 61.0.3144.0 canary video : https://drive.google.com/a/google.com/file/d/0B--UpU2GW2EpTktFY2I5b2V5dkk/view?usp=sharing
