Precondition:
1- Set chrome in today's view(chrome quick actions).
 
Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome.
  2.  Scroll the notification bar downwards.
  3. Tap on incognito search.
   
Observed results:
Keyboard disappears on opening a new incognito tab.
 
Expected results:
Keyboard should be displayed on opening a new incognito tab. form todays view.

Note : Works fine when opening in normal tab
