Date element display blank When Create dynamic

Chrome Version: (59.0.3071.92)
OS: (Android)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)open attachment in chrome
(2)click "try it" to create date element with default value

What is the expected result?
The date element can display default value

What happens instead?
The date element display blank value

Other date inputs (like time,week,month,datetime) perform the same with this issue.

This works fine for me (Chrome 67). Is this still an issue for you?

I can reproduce this issue(android chrome 67.0.3396.87)
1、open https://res.imtt.qq.com/qqbrowser_x5/zhengyuli/date_bugs.htm
2、click 'add week' button

I think this is a dupe of  Issue 838898 , which will be fixed by Chrome 68.
