[TTS] Tap on a Tap selection doesn't show Action Bar after Resolve expansion

When a TTS Tap selects and gets back a resolved search term that expands the selection, a second tap on that selection shows the selection pins but doesn't show the Action Bar.  The Action Bar should show any time the pins show (IIUC).  This doesn't seem to be a problem with the selection is not expanded.

Nevermind, now I can't repro, must have been some change in my branch causing this.
