You should move this test first to bvt-perbuild.

Updating audio_CrasSanity to run in bvt-perbuild.

audio_CrasSanity was disabled due to bug  crbug.com/718171 . Since
then the bug has been fixed. Adding back to bvt-perbuild to see
how it does. Filed bug crbug.com/737177 to add back to bvt-cq after
gathering enough data.
