5.1% regression in webrtc_perf_tests at 18360:18360

Changes in vp8 performance.
Seems to be related to roll:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libvpx.git/+log/b3bf91bdc6..b9649d2407
(changes in vp9 performance from the same roll has been reported to Marco)

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This happened long time ago (probably one month) and the performance has been recovered.

So I'll close this bug for now and see if that happens again.
