Optional Permissions Pop Up cannot be clicked in Automation

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.109 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Using selenium, load a browse with an extension that contains an optional permission 2. Navigate to the path that requires this optional permission 3. Prompt appears showing Deny or Allow What is the expected behavior? This is the expected behavior. What went wrong? There is no way to get around this optional permission in selenium. The window that pops up is not selectable by selenium. Other areas have this issue, such as picking the window to screenshare, but there is no command line flag around this. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.109 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.5 Flash Version: Attached in the what went wrong section is a custom chromium patch I wrote, to create a command line flag that will always accept optional permissions.
