Use Roboto font in new-style notification

According to the  mock, the new-style notification should use Roboto font instead of the default system font.

The default system font is already Roboto on ChromeOS.

Not sure about other platforms and whether it is better to fix this on notification_view_md side for every platform.

Let's enable roboto only on ChromeOS as for now. On the other platforms, roboto may not be available.
