chrome://flags crashes on iOS

Chrome Version: 61.0.3140
OS: iOS 10.3.2 ("2017" iPad)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to chrome://flags

What is the expected result? Page loads.

What happens instead? Browser crashes/disappears.
