Commit messages are escaped twice in "My Work > Commits"

e.g. I have a commit that includes the text "<atomic>", which renders as "&lt;atomic&gt;" in the list, and in the header when I view it.

This seems to be a result of HTML entity escaping happening twice.

Status: Fixed (was: Unassigned)
This is now fixed in our infra_internal repo, which is still being staged in advance of a full roll-out.  You won't see this fix reflected in what's served live for a little while, but once we swap over to the new repo for serving the prod instance the fix will be live.
