Google Smart Lock Setting Resets Itself

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to chrome://settings/
2. Uncheck "Offer to save passwords with Google Smart Lock..."
3. Close settings, reopen settings and confirm Smart Lock setting still unchecked.
4. Restart Chrome, Smart Lock setting has been rest to checked.
5. Check settings, 

What is the expected behavior?
I expect that Chrome saves remembers the setting across Chrome sessions.

What went wrong?
Chrome did not store the user setting.

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4
Flash Version: 

I use DashLane for password management. I'm not sure if that affects the problem. I'm going to submit and I'll add a comment if the DashLane extension affects the behavior.
 
This seems to be related to DashLane's extension. I disabled/enabled the extension, and the problem has gone away. Thanks for letting me think through the problem.
