soundcloud.com will not open

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to soundcloud.com
2. says This site can’t provide a secure connection

soundcloud.com didn’t accept your login certificate, or one may not have been provided.
Try contacting the system admin.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This is an issue with your computer specifically, rather than with Chrome. Please make sure your computer's clock is set correctly. Alternatively, we find that anti virus programs often create these kinds of errors since they try and interfere with the security checking that the browser is performing. Make sure any antivirus program is either fully update to date, or try turning it off temporarily and see if that makes the problem go away.
