.crdownload files doesn't get deleted from Downloads folder

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.40 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to nounproject and download an icon
2. go to Downloads folder after download has been finished

What is the expected behavior?
the file is downloaded and .crdownload file is deleted

What went wrong?
.crdownload file is still there for every download

Did this work before? Yes unsure

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.40  Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.12.5
Flash Version: 

this happens on both of my macs

Tested in chrome Beta # 60.0.3112.40 and Canary #61.0.3142.0 on Mac 10.12.5 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shot for reference.

@Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

hello i tried with Guest profile on Chrome:
Problem still persists:

Version 60.0.3112.40 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
Mac OS 10.12.5

Still unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.5 using chrome version 60.0.3112.40 and canary 61.0.3142.0.The file gets downloaded without any pending .crdownload file.

Could you please try uninstall chrome and check the issue on new profile without any flags or extensions.Please update the thread if the issue still persists.

Also try clean the chrome using https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/index.html

We fixed a similar bug on Android, but the problem might be similar on Windows/Mac. Assigning to qinmin@ to take a look.
