Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux) AppleWebKit/537.32 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.86 Safari/537.32 Midori/0.5 Steps to reproduce the problem: In the past, the sherrif closed bugs after one year. Now it just does Labels: Hotlist-Recharge-Cold. I have a better idea: instead of asking the user if his bug still exists each year, which the user soon tires of, just, when deciding which bugs staff should look at, use your favorite internal algorithm. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? In no case have a robot interact with any user! This is customer relations 101! Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 46.0.2490.86 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version:

Thanks for the feedback. Given the volume of inbound reports we unfortunately sometimes can't get to them all, despite our test team's best efforts. We use the automation to close stale issues to ensure that our team spends the majority of their time fielding the incoming stream, so that those issues get properly prioritized and fixed (and answered by humans). Again, thanks for the feedback greatly appreciate you reaching out. |
