Reported by ultravis...@gmail.com, Jun 24 2017

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. start Chrome on Xperia X performance (Android 7.0)
2. go to https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/gum/

What is the expected behavior?
Video shows

What went wrong?
Nothing shows except black video stream (1 x 1 pixel video)

Did this work before? No

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.83 Channel: stable
OS Version: Android 7.0
Flash Version:

This is long standing problem on the reported device.
There's no problem with audio, just we don't see video properly using gUM.

Issue 736708 has been merged into this issue.
Please try the Canary/Dev/Beta too. Most probably it will work with Chrome M60/61 as shown in issue716070 if they are based on same reason.
braveyao: Thank you, I just tested with Chrome Beta (60), Dev & Canary (61).

It looks like everything is OK from M60.

Just in case, I have tried the page below to see rear video and there was no problem too.
https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/devices/input-output/

I can't confirm on Issue736708 (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=736708), but basically I think this issue can be marked as fixed.

So glad to see the gUM video on the device, thank you for your support!
