Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
See the screenshot.
Background is OK if there is no background-attachment:fixed; property.
Background image scaling also fails if there is no background-size:contain property; I only used contain because the problem is more apparent with this image size.

Also there is no problem on the desktop version (tested on 58.0.3029.110 Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 18 (64-bit))
