gsubtreed is a critical process that synchronizes content from subdirectories of a repository. Other projects rely on this. The "gsubtreed" builder was failing to sync about 10 repositories for a while (days, months?) and no alerts were fired nor repairs made.

I fixed the builder, but we need to have an alert for when the builder fails.
