css coverage doesn't include dynamically included stylesheets

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 59.0.3071.109 OS Version: OS X 10.12.5 URLs (if applicable) : https://www.npmjs.com/search?q=glamor What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. try to see code coverage on sites that dynamically insert stylesheets/css rules (eg https://www.npmjs.com/search?q=glamor) 2. observe that it doesn't include the last style tag in <head> (where rules have been inserted with CSSStylesheet.insertRule() 3. do the harlem shake What is the expected result? CSS coverage includes that tag What happens instead of that? CSS coverage doesn't include that tag Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Tested the issue on Mac OS 10.12.5 using chrome M59 #59.0.3071.115 and followed below steps : 1.Launched chrome and navigated to "https://www.npmjs.com/search?q=glamor" and observed the style sheets applied in head section of code in devtools. Attached screencast for reference. @threepointone-- Could you please check attached screencast and help us in reproducing the issue , if we had missed any steps in reproducing the issue and also please provide us th expected result screenshot for easy understanding. Marking the issue as wontfix, as there is no update from the reporter for more than 1 month. Please feel free to raise a new issue if able to reproduce the issue using latest chrome builds.
