What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome://settings/help/details page

What is the expected result?
Details page should load

What happens instead?
Content is not displayed on the page.

Issue is not reproducible always. Seen sometimes after updating device and logging into user to check build details.

Can't repro this on M61. More info is needed from reporter. Can you please file a feedback report when it happens? Or try to go to chrome://inspect and see if there are any errors in that page.
