getElementsByTagName(localName) doesn't match to prefixed elements

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.32 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the attached file 2. Click on the button 3. Check the Console What is the expected behavior? getElementsByTagName should return the list of elements by tag name. What went wrong? On Chrome 59.0.3071.109, it returns the list of elements. But on Chrome 60.0.3112.32, returns an empty array. Did this work before? woxxom is right. It's an intentional behavior change, and Firefox and Safari have the same behavior.
