"Downloading" toast appears in the middle of the screen, over VR

As tested at https://permission.site/.

As with all dialogs/toasts, this one should be suppressed in 2D, and possibly implemented in VR.

Are you referring to the Auto Download button on that page? I cannot reproduce this. Can you?

I can't reproduce this anymore, despite clearing downloads between tests.  I wonder if it was fixed by one of the pop-up blocking CLs that's already landed.

 disabled the download when we are in VR. So this issue is not happening anymore.
