What is the expected behavior?
Filter should tile the image seamlessly.

What went wrong?
Image tiling introduces gaps between the tiles.

* This bug does not seem to occur with all uses of feImage/feTile; I'm not sure what triggers the bug.

* Works correctly in Firefox.
