Lots of crashes on Play Store Console reports

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name: Various
Android version: 7.0 and 7.1
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView): don't know
Application: Web Video Caster
Application version: 4.1.8

I'm getting this crash on the Play Store console. This is the entire backtrace:

I've removed the restriction. Summary is that it's an Adreno GPU driver bug, which means that there's not a lot we can do about it. It might be worth investigating whether to reinstate the blacklist, based upon a recent increase in crashes.
