The commit: (sdk caroline R61-9649.0.0) yusukes@yusukes2 /ssd2/chromium/src $ git bisect good 2878e36f5fea9a7404ffd0ab7b4be83d035d199a is the first bad commit commit 2878e36f5fea9a7404ffd0ab7b4be83d035d199a Author: David Benjamin <davidben@chromium.org> Date: Thu Jun 22 13:46:29 2017 -0400 Disable the buggy RSA parser by default. In doing so, fix the error mapping in openssl_ssl_util.cc. An SSL connection may fail due to errors in other modules as well (notably the RSA parser lives in libcrypto). Map any unknown error to ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, rather than ERR_FAILED and continue to report the error info. Oops, I didn't see that this was underway. I've landed the revert already. I'm looking now to merge it to the canary branch so that it can be respun if desired.

Could you get the symbol corresponding to the crashing address? This debug output isn't especially helpful. I'm guessing this is another one of those bugs where base::FeatureList isn't initialized early enough.

Based on conversation on the bug, making a stab at a proper component. If I got it wrong, please feel free to correct.
