Chrome 58: works here.

Chrome 61: doesn't work; devtools console shows "Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded" which usually appears in minified javascript code such as https://code.createjs.com/createjs-2015.11.26.min.js used by the site in question due to overly complex expressions. Chrome 61 evidently reduced the complexity threshold.

Tested this issue on Windows-7,Windows-10,Mac-10.12.4 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 59.0.3071.115  and canary 61.0.3143.0  by following steps :

1) Opened the Link 
https://smartella.co.uk/Clients/Leigh/English%20new%2020.6/AHO10023_InternalTraining_ENG_v9.html
2)Observed that Page is Loaded within few seconds
and in Mozilla Firefox also same behavior is seen

amirshurrab@ : Please find the screencast and confirm if anything is missed in triaging the issue and could you please provide Expected screencast for better understanding the Issue.

Hi,
It doesn't work in your video. It shows a blank screen. It should show a green 'start' button.

It works in IE and Edge. Couldyou please try there?

Tested the issue on windows 7 using chrome M59 #59.0.3071.115 and canary M61 #61.0.3144.0 and also in internet explorer , firefox browsers.

The behavior is same in all the browsers.

Thanks for following up with this issue. I opened this file on IE

The attached video shows the result.

Please wait a few seconds for the file to load as it is a long one with no preloader. It loads on IE (and some other browsers) but not on Chrome. This is the file published from Adobe Animate (latest version with all patches) with no modifications at all.

Observing the same behavior in Chrome and Firefox.

Note: Able to open the file in Edge browser.

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome on Windows 10, MAC and Ubuntu 14.04. Issue is not seen on FF browser (took almost 2 minutes to load the application) but on chrome start button was not displayed even after 10 to 15 minutes.. Issue is seen on chrome even from M43 builds: 43.0.2357.134. Untriaging and removing bisect label.
