Wrong text is seen in print preview after giving print command

Issue description

Version: 61.0.3139.0 2dd0ea84298d45e0962c595c591529bc84dd0ebd-refs/heads/master@{#481757}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/search
2. Click on 'Manage search engines' and select all text using mouse
3. Right click the mouse > click on Print and observe

Actual: Wrong text is seen in print preview after giving print command
Expected: Wrong text should not be seen in print preview

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-61 build #61.0.3133.0, since selection of text in md-settings was introduced from this build.

Can reproduce on Win 10 on Canary (61.0.3141.0) by selecting all text, ctrl + P, then checking "Selection only".

Printing internal chrome pages is not a priority so reducing to P3.

chrome://settings pages are designed for on-screen use. We have no plans to make them look better when printing.
