Non-Regression: Drop-down content is seen outside the chrome window

Chrome Version:61.0.3138.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open any page(Eg: https://www.youtube.com)
(2)Resize the window and click on secure extension chip (Please Refer video)
(3)Keep on tabbing and hit enter

Expected:Drop-down content should be seen inside the chrome window
Actual:Instead, it is seen far away.

This is Non-regression issue seen from M-47

NOTE: The issue is not reproducible in windows and attaching the snapshot of windows

Able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable M59 #59.0.3071.115. This issue is not observed on Mac OS 10.12.5.
