Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sync Android Galaxy B/N Z959V1.5.16 with Chromebook CS202S
2. Enable/Disable all your favorite flags on each device
3. Exploit flags and developer tools (first day)

What is the expected behavior?

1 switch focus left, 4 opens new switch access window with a auto scan on/off and frame for choosing the rate.

All numbers then only affect some aspect of focus direction or scope of the frame.  

What went wrong?
It (falsely) appears the device has a ghost user...

without numbers no passwords (for me)...I need numbers...

As chromebook has no number lock key one is at a loss... remove apps, extensions, reset flags on both devices reset still there, power wash still there.

Resort to using the gesture pad to write 1 number at a time (feel smart for ten min) realize the issue remains confined to a single profile make new profile get some work done until ones OCD just can't let it go.

Find Solution reset everything to default or blank slate from synked data to Developer tool preferences.

Turn off sync in all profiles 

Turn off wifi 

Remove afflicted profile and power down. Restart, problem solved no need for a hard reset or power wash.

As i've only had this device a week and never experimented with flags or developer options in the past. Unfortunately I didn't really know how to make a bug report however, I did manage to make a few throughout the process that have at least some data. I certainly hope they are of some value to you.
