[Chell] Constant screen flickering

Yesterday I noticed some DUTs were behaving strange on sign-in screen or running test as DUT is logged in. Video is uploaded to the logs location - to be posted in next comment.

This morning avkodipelli@ is reproducing the issue. Logs will be posted too.
