master.tryserver.chromium.linux not writing to logs (twistd.log)

Everything else seems fine though. Looks like something got stuck when it was restarted last night.

I'll try restarting later in the afternoon today to see if I can get it unstuck.

Looks like this has happened before around June 14th. (And possible before then as well.)

Everytime it occurs, one of the last lines in the log is:
https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/build/scripts/master/buildbucket/integration.py?rcl=7c90efe424617eb4419fa55b16f5b3a139f4b5c4&l=174

That prints out a giant line of text. Might be related to the crashing.
