Bisect - Add results2 support in recipe |

Issue descriptionFrom perezju@ Can surface a results2 with all revisions tested. Sounds like we need to append html to the --output-format flag, add --upload-result, and parse out the results from stdio to place as a link on the step.

, Jun 23 2017We also probably need a suitable --results-label={revision}. It would be great if all samples for a revision would be merged into the same label; although this might be tricky, as each sample corresponds to a separate telemetry run.
