(1) enabled Unified Desktop Mode behind flag. (2) restarted chromebook while connected to external display (3) stuck in login loop to chromebook, unable to login. What is the expected result? Ability to login to chromebook and use unified desktop mode while connected to external display. What happens instead? Login loop. Login loop stops only after I disconnect from external display. I can login on linux build on TOT. I also can login on kevin on Chrome 60.0.3109/ ChromeOS 9583. I will download your version (61.0.3129.0 dev) to try.

Cannot repro on link Chrome R60.0.3102.0/Platform 9534.0.0 Will download 61.0.3129.0 to try on link.
