Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up one or more Android apps (the specific ones I used were Spell Book Burned, 5th Edition Character Sheet, and/or Role Player Pages)
2. Rotate your screen (i.e. flip an Acer Chromebook R13 to a new position)
3. ALL open Android apps will crash, and may or may not throw error messages first.

What is the expected behavior?
Apps should resize and rotate to fit the new orientation

What went wrong?
All open Android apps close.  Sometimes there will be a "x application had to close" popup, but usually not.

The device I'm using is an Acer Chromebook R13, and this functionality did work in previous Beta channel versions.
