This is a feature request for Public Session Kiosks, and Chrome OS in general.  YMCA has requested that an animated screensaver be available so members can tell if a computer is on before engaging with a keyboard or mouse.  Today they see a black screen and that causes members not to engage with the machine.  If the YMCA admins disable the screen timeout, they end up with image retention burning into their monitors.
