Example URL:
files.unity3d.com/stefan/webgl/5.6-final-asm/index.html

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to files.unity3d.com/stefan/webgl/5.6-final-asm/index.html
2. press start in the loaded menu and let the benchmark run until it finishes
3. repeat the same for released version 59 or Canary61

What is the expected behavior?

The performance in Chrome60 beta is way worse than in the released version Chrome59.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? Yes 59

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.40 Channel: beta
