Chrome Version: 61.0.3137.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, win 7
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/editDictonary
(2)Add 4-5 words and tab until focus reaches close(x) icon beside custom words.
(3)Hit enter on first word close(x) icon and observe
Expected:After hitting enter focus should be on next word close(x) icon.
Actual:Instead focus navigates somewhere in the page
This is a regression issue broken in M61.
